Neuroaffirming Psychology Services

Vanessa offers a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults.

Vanessa's neurodiversity-affirming assessments offer clients valuable insights into their unique patterns of abilities, empowering them to capitalise on their strengths and thrive within a neurotypical world.

She also provides individual therapy for neurodivergent adults, fostering growth based on their values, and helping them to meet their neurodivergent needs rather than conforming to neuronormative standards.

Through her work and advocacy, Vanessa aims to change public understanding of Autism and ADHD from stigmatising to respectful and affirming.

Meet Vanessa

Hello, I'm Vanessa. I'm a neurodivergent Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a special interest in supporting Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals, especially those with internalised or high-masking presentations (often referred to as the "female presentation", but people who identify as male can be high-masking too!)

I regularly collaborate with other neuroaffirming professionals across various allied health disciplines and have facilitated peer supervision and support groups for neurodivergent mental health professionals across Australia.

I'm also passionate about advocating for the neurodivergent community and animal welfare. I'm particularly invested in the welfare of Man's best friend.
